Whom are you trying to convince?

With the abundance of extra-biblical material available to the Bible believing Christian today; one would be wise to ask "whom am I trying to convince?" with all this extra-biblical material. Not as in a radical reaction to the volumes on the market but rather to the relationship betweenprayer and the ministry of the word versus all the material available.
