God takes pleasure in repenting sinners and their salvation, so repent and be saved. I. His Delight (v. 11a). A.Every preacher ought to preach this.
B.The Lord swears by Himself that it is true.
C.He delights in mercy, not punishment.

A.Recognition: you must own wickedness.
B.Renewal: you must turn from your wicked way.
C.Resolve: you must persist in the narrow way.
III. Your Destiny (v. 11c).
A.Repentance leads to eternal life.
B.Impenitence would be ruinous for you.
