The Conviction To Retain Sound Doctrine

Paul continues to prepare Timothy to receive fully the baton of the gospel
as Paul's life slips away. With this in mind Paul exhorts his dear son to hold on to those doctrines
that bring health to the soul. To do this not in his own power but through the gift of Jesus Christ.
