Old Paths for a New Year

When Martin Luther defended salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone at the Diet of Worms he was not inventing anything new, he was recovering something very old. Even so, the thing our generation needs most is to recover the old paths that our Protestant forefathers knew so very well. We do not need new doctrines and new worship, but as Iain Murray says, we need "old truths for a new awakening"!
