Lord, Cut Off the Wicked

Sermon Point: You know God's commitment; pray, “Lord cut off the wicked!”

Outline:

1. When the wicked strut, the Godly shrink away (vs. 8 & 1).
2. But when the wicked Boast, their words are empty (vs. 4 & 2).
3. At the same time, God's Word is true and sure (vs. 6-7).
4. And God is true to His Word and His people (vs. 5).
5. This was true in David's life and it is true in your life (vs. 5).
6. And so pray, “Lord, cut off the wicked” (vs. 3).
