A new commandment?

What is this new commandment?

What were the old commandments?

Does this mean we're under the law now?

As Pastor Jon continues to present messages that he believes the Lord has placed upon his heart to give to the church to strengthen it as he departs, this message weighed heavy upon his heart this week as one very important message for the Scammon Bay congregation.

As we look to 'examine' ourselves and 'prove' ourselves whether we are acutally in the faith, according to 2 Corinthians 13:5, we are confronted with love of the brothers and sisters in Christ as a fruit of our genuine salvation and sanctification.

Fruit may already be forthcoming in Scammon Bay as, immediately following the service, there were confessions of unforgiveness and brokeness over this sin.
