-previously we looked at what you were like before your conversion
-We found that you were in a woeful state
-That is finished now since your conversion

how could such a change occur

1 But GOD
-You were a terrible sinner with no good in you - But GOD did something
-No hope within yourself, only hope is with GOD
-These two words are the difference between Christianity and all other religions

2 Who is rich in Mercy
-presently rich in mercy
-Why such mercy?

3 For His great love
-because of his great sacrificial love

4 Quickened you from the dead
-you were dead but GOD
-quickened you
-made you alive in Christ
-this is a past completed action
-By grace
-undeserved favor

Teaching

-No hope

-But GOD
-Who is rich in mercy
-For His great love
-quickened you from the dead

-He saved you because He loved you
-Loved with an eternal love
-Be amazed
