The Sovereignty, Authority & Power of Christianity

It seems quite fitting to open the New Year by examining the cultural apostasy which has swallowed the entire world especially our own United States and to inquire of the how's and why's of Christianity seeming failure.

How has the most powerful religion lost its foothold on the culture; a culture that was born out of Western Civilization's quest to establish a Christian commonwealth?

If Christianity holds the only Truth of reality, and the only valid religion on the face of the earth then why is she not overtly dominant over the culture?

And if the Scriptures are inerrant, divinely inspired and absolutely infallible, why is Christianity not embraced as the only source of Truth even by those calling themselves Christians?

This sermon examines the many particulars of this most important consideration.
