Conflicts with other people are inevitable. We all have preferences and opinions that we seek to voice and express. Yet, on other occasions a conflict may arise simply due to a miscommunication or misinterpretation. The real issue is not will we have conflict but rather how we will handle it when we have a conflict with someone else. How we deal with conflicts with other people that can truly make or break a relationship.

One of the greatest accelerants to the smoldering's of conflict....is gossip. A seemingly small conflict can erupt into a five alarm fire if gossip is used in our approach to conflict management.
