Psalm 124 Meditation

Yet another Song of Degrees or Song of Ascent. This was sung as the People of God reflected on their deliverance from all sorts of perils, as they reached Zion in one of the "Walking Feasts". They were delivered, and God's people are still delivered, because Jesus Himself was delivered from the plots of Satan and the shame of the grave by His payment of the atonement by His blood and His victorious resurrection on the first of the New Testament first-day Sabbaths.
