We looked at how the Lord looks upon the heart. This was seen in reference to the anointing of David to be King of Israel. We saw how David would be the Lord's anointed. Our thoughts were moved to consider - Great David's greater Son - the Lord Jesus Christ and how he is the Anointed One. He is our anointed Prophet, Priest and King.
