Achan's Confession

It is often easy for us to make things very difficult for ourselves when we do not confess our sins. Achan of Israel of old found this to be true when he sinned against God by taking from Jericho. It is good for us to consider Joshua's response to Achan and his compassion towards his fall in to sin and confession. We too must take this to heart. We ought never be afraid to confess our sins to God and turn from them. We must also be able to love one another when others confess their sins to us.
