To be carnally minded is displeasing to God because we aren't thinking about spiritual things. Too many people want to shy away from the name of Jesus. The very mention of Him reminds us that we are coming into account what we did with the blood of Jesus Christ. Deliverance is ours if we look up and reach for the hand of God.
