Things You Need to Kiss Goodbye

In this text, when Naomi pleaded with Orpah and Ruth to go their own way and return to the land where God's provision was, we see two reactions to this request. Orpah kissed her goodbye, and Ruth clave to her. Anytime you decide to get where you need to be with the Lord, there will be some things that try to follow you. But we see a good pattern to follow from Orpah; she kissed what bound her goodbye, and embraced the new life that God had set before her.
