Interpretation of Daniel's Vision

Having received a vision with four beasts Daniel was alarmed asked for its exact meaning. He was then given the interpretation of its meaning. Of high concern to him was the significance and message surrounding the fourth beast described as dreadful and terrifying. This interpretation given by God is critical as what has been revealed to Daniel in chapter seven is key to the rest of biblical prophecy. This prophecy lays the foundation for what was yet to be revealed in the New Testament concerning the second coming of Jesus Christ to earth. What was not revealed in the Old Testament and its prophecies was the time between the first and second coming of Christ referred to as the church age, being current yet today until the rapture of the Church.
