This message is a study of the call of Peter and the apostles with reference to the call of the Christian minister. The call from God is not always a single incident. The Christian minister is called from his normal course of life to be with the Lord and proclaim His message. And though he must 'obey God rather than man,' he does not determine this by his own discretion. His mode of life is one in obedience to the laws of the land.
