Why a Teaching on Worship

In Christ's evaluation of the churches in Revelation, He had some good things to say about the Ephesian church. But their good deeds were shadowed by the Lord's statement that they had left their first love. The practical expression of what the Ephesians lacked is wrapped up in what we know as worship. All else we do in the Christian life will be diminished if heartfelt love and worship for the Lord is not at the center of our works.
