I Thank My God

Paul visited Philippi on his second preaching tour. The events are recorded in Acts 16. A congregation resulted. Now writing to this congregation from a Roman prison he began with saying "I thank my God". He gave two causes for the thanks. First, because of every memory of them. He said he remembered "from the first day". Secondly, because of their fellowship in the gospel. Oh, that such thankfulness flooded our souls!
