Unlearning — The Fight

One of the greatest challenges you and I face is not learning the ways of God... but UNLEARNING what we have perceived to be the right ways of life.

It's easier to learn the things of God than it is unlearning the things we've seen and heard and learned FROM those who have never committed their ways to the Lord.

Let's be honest and straight to the point. No one ever has a learning problem in the kingdom of God... it's a commitment issue that we're dealing with, when we can't grasp and glorify God's ways for our lives.

When a servant of God COMMITS their ways to Jesus, Jesus is COMMITTED to establish and expand their thoughts and trust, as He transforms them and the way they think, that He can turn their plans and ways toward His purpose.

So learning God's way, in God's world is not the challenge, it's unlearning the junk we know and understand in this fallen way of doing business. And the only remedy for defragmenting the mess is committing ourselves to Jesus. You trustfully commit to Him, He will commit His trust and truth to you, establish your thoughts and free you from the mess of lies you know about life, marriage, relationships, people and the falsehoods you know about Him.
