No Tapping Out — Warfare

Every good soldier knows the tools of their trade and how to use the weapons at their disposal...

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God for the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ..." (2 Corinthians 10:4-5

All the armor... and part of that armor is truth... and these things that Jesus taught us is truth that we need to have girded about us. And the weapons we use, not the weapons that man uses, are mighty to pull down the lies of our times. We battle not with flesh and blood but a spiritual host of wickedness that uses people to fuel his fires... may the Lord use us mightily.

Pulling out our weapons. What's your favorite... a tongue lashing, gossip, slander, a fist, a foot, intimidation, mocking, your size, your authority and on and on... or prayer?

How we fight...
What we fight with...
How we use the weapons in our arsenal... tell a whole lot about us! They manifest what we KNOW about fighting, the method that we TRUST works best for us and the true SOURCE that taught us how to battle.

Think about it... "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
