Two Very Different Mountains

Beloved, we have not come to Mount Sinai, where the judgment of God burns hot; where the Law condemns those who flee there. We have come to Mount Zion, where the peace and forgiveness of God is found in Jesus Christ, for those who flee to Him. We must never flee to the Law for our hope of reconciliation with God, we must always flee to Jesus, the Mediator of the new covenant.
