Humility and Submission

Humility is a Christian virtue. It is demonstrated in the life of the church by submission to your elders and in your humble interaction with other believers. By submitting humbly you lose nothing, for humility is a means of grace. Besides this, God commands you to be humble--because though He is mighty, yet He is gentle and lowly, and He cares for you. Therefore, you must cast all your anxious thoughts upon Him, for He is ready and willing to help you, because He cares for you.
