The subtle call of Satan is one designed to take the Believer’s focus from Jesus, and His finished work, and direct it elsewhere. True wisdom and understanding are based on the Truth, and nothing but the Truth. The spiritual fruit that it bears is eternal, rather than temporal. Biblical doctrine is the base for the Truth.
