Jews, Gentiles, & The Law

This message deals with 5 ways that Jews would view the possiblity of Gentile salvation and what role the Law of Moses played in their life. Some Jews said that keeping the Law was required for salvation. Some people, even today, say the Law is useful for sanctification. But the Jerusalem Council declared otherwise. The Law was a burden that the Jews could not bear and they saw no reason to bother the Gentiles with it at all. Christians are not under the Law; but rather read and apply all Old Testament passages in light of New Covenant reality.
