Restoring Peter

Christ's three questions to Peter about his love for Christ constitute a famous passage of Scripture, but we often miss the significance of what Christ is doing in breaking Peter down, restoring and reconciling him, then commissioning him for the work of the ministry. this teaches us much about the the nature of Christ's work in our lives and the gospel itself.
