Christmas Through the Eyes of Christ - Part 2

Christ never equated Christmas to be just His birth but for what would come of of His birth. If He knew that, why would He do it? Because He never put Himself above the Father or above the Father's will, which was others. He had to come as man to die and in doing so, reveal what God wanted to do for each of us.

He knew that as He stepped into humanity He would be walking to Calvary.

During His brief separation from God the Father, God slammed down the gavel of justice and said "Justified, i accept the sacrifice of my Son. Now restore unto Him". And now, with the Spirit of God in Him again, He could say "Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit".
