20190113 How Do You See Things? Romans 6:20-23

1. Lostness has no regard for God. (The Problem)
   a. You were not obligated to be self-controlled when you are lost. V.20
   b. However, living this way has results all its own. V21
   c. Ultimately, your end at that time was a living death and eternal death.v21b
   2 Being saved; however, change changes what is important. (The Correction)
   a. You did not save yourself, someone had to do it for you. V22a
   b. The cost of being saved is submission to the one who saved you.22a
   c. What you now possess in God is the power to change. 22b
   I d. Ultimately, this and now is living now and eternal life. 22c
2. So live as one who has an eternal perspective. v23 (the Follow-Through)
