Depression: My Perspective is all Out of Whack

Jeremiah prayed for God to have mercy on his people, but God's mind was set on judgment. A very discouraged Jeremiah then complains to God, thinking God has let him down. God points him back to His promises...back to His Word, which is where we should also run when we're discouraged and depressed.
