How big is your cup?

Chapter 6 marked the half way point in Luke's account of Jesus' earthly ministry. There he chose his 12 apostles. Now here, with only a couple of weeks till the cross these same men have come to Jesus to ask Him to increase their faith. The things He was teaching them were getting harder to understand. Just the tasks they could see were becoming bigger. They had been doing some spiritual growing but they saw they weren't up to the challenges and as such asked for help. We each start off with some faith, a small cup, but we can't make it through this life if we leave it at that level. The spiritual cup we are drinking from must become bigger to satisfy our needs. We must grow, we must expand, or we will be hurting so must our cup.
