God Never Changes!

One way of coming to appreciate the fact that God never changes is to ask the question, "What if God could change?" If you think seriously about the shocking possibilities if God could change in any of His attributes, in His Person, or in His purposes, you should become very grateful for God's unchangeableness!

Scripture calls God "slow to anger" and "abounding in love and faithfulness", what if that were suddenly changed and God (I speak reverently) lost His temper with this wicked world? What if He suddenly lost His temper with you? What if He was strangely overwhelmed with irritation at the fact that He is always faithful, and decieded to not do what He said He would do?

This sermon considers, not only the biblical teaching on God's unchangeableness, but the possibilities of what might happen if God could change. May God use this sermon to stir your heart to refreshed worship.
