Protected for Eternity

By God’s reckoning of time, we live in the last days, an age of increasing darkness and deception. Even now, antichrists seek to mislead and destroy. One day, a man personifying all that is antichrist will appear. As Christians, we are to be watchful, sober- minded, but also confident that we are safe in thearms of the God who graciously saved us. “... you have an anointing from the Holy One...” 1 John 2:20 (NKJV) Our ultimate defense against being led astray by the many antichrists of our age is God Himself. The Holy Spirit, God within us, is the guarantee that we’re God’s children and always will be. The Holy Spirit is our built-in Lie Detector, and our Enabler to persevere in the truth as we live in a world full of deception.
