In Freedom's Cause - This Audio Drama Makes History Come Alive!

986

Guest host Adam McManus (www.AdamMcManus.net) chats with Bill Heid, Executive Producer of “In Freedom’s Cause” (www.InFreedomsCause.com), a 2.5 hour-long, 2-CD set audio drama based on G.A. Henty’s historical piece of fiction that captures the “God story” behind the movie “Braveheart."

This top-notch production was written by John Fornof of "Focus on the Family Radio Theatre" and "Adventures in Odyssey," and it stars Joanne Froggat (who portrays Anna Bates in "Downton Abbey,"), Billy Boyd (who portrayed Pippin in "Lord of the Rings,"), Skandar Keynes (who was Edmund in "The Chronicles of Narnia"), and Jimmy Cosmo (who was Father Christmas from "Braveheart").

Your 5 to 17-year-olds will “live the adventure” of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce, both of whom proclaimed Christ as Savior and fought for Scottish independence from England in the early 1300s.  Your children will become actively engaged with real Christian heroes from history, and your family will discover the fascinating links between Scotland’s thirst for liberty and our own here in America dating back to 1776.
