An Inconvenient Truth Part 2

Pastor Tim Goad completes his exegetical study of this passage in John where we now focus on those in authority have believed upon CHRIST and HIS words. We are given a glimpse at the doctrine of Progressive Sanctification and what it means to be a babe in CHRIST, young in our faith and belief, an especially that of those prior to the indwelling HOLY SPIRIT. Now were they truly saved, we are not told either way dogmatically, but the biblical application to us who profess is very serious in that 1- we do not become so judgmental of those weaker or younger that we feel equipped to declare them lost, and 2- that we seek to grow in the word of GOD as to mature in our own faith, belief and understanding of who we are before a thrice holy and sovereign GOD. As CHRIST HIMSELF states in John 8:31-32, if we are truly HIS disciples, we will seek to study and engulf ourselves in HIS word continually.
