Teaching teachers - part 2

In this 2nd part of this simple series, we look to the TEXT. We try and emphasize to those that teach, that the Word of God is the greatest book ever written to address the issues of life. How do we go from the needs of our audience to Text?
I will try to use this lesson to show how the Text is to be studied to address a specific issue.
