The Voice Of Rejoicing and Salvation

How does Psalm 118 foresee the thoughts of our LORD Jesus Christ in view to His sufferings that He should endure on behalf of those sinners the Father gave HIM to save, and for whom He shed His blood at Calvary? How does this Psalm depict our LORD's confidence that the Father would be satisfied, and that HE would raise Him and exalt Him on high upon completion of His redeeming, justifying, sanctifying work for His people? How do the words of this Psalm encourage those who are the Lord's children to look to Him and rest?
