Priesthood Today? - The Priesthood Of All Believers

During the reformation, a right view of priesthood brought spiritual liberation to many people. There was an emphasis on the complete salvation secured by Christ our Great High Priest and his finished work. There was also a recognition that because all believes are priests they are not dependent on a priestly "clergy" class but have direct access to God through Christ and are to offer up spiritual sacrifices to him. This sermon explains these glorious privileges and what they imply for us today, including the fact that for the believer, he is engaged in full-time service to Christ, whether he be a preacher, farmer, lawyer or whatever.
