Object Lessons

Aim: To understand that God wants us to learn to look to Him for all of our strength and support.

Exegesis:
Lesson one: Look ahead. There is a land for us to conquer (v. 19) and a God for us to serve (v. 20).
Lesson two: Look back. We have stone monuments to God's grace (vv. 21-23a); we are living monuments to God's grace (v. 23b).
Lesson three: Look up. There is a message for the world (v. 24a) and the church (v. 24b).

Key verse: v. 24 ''...That all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty, that you may fear the LORD your God forever.''
