Gospel proclammation must reach to all nations, Mat 24:14 - the end cannot be yet.

The gospel is the great incentive to both hope and holiness v11,12.
This goes nearer to the event of deliverance from Babylon, and the attending encouragement to seperation from the world whilst awaiting the coming of the Saviour - Prospect of Christ's secong coming should make us want to be rid of sin - Love to Christ is that which makes sin loathsome to us.
