The LORD is God of the Hills and the Valleys

May our Great God be pleased to teach us and show us that He and He alone is the GOD of the Hills as well as the GOD of the valleys! God meets with us in the mountaintop, the hills and God meets with us in the valley, verse 28, “And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.” In other words HE IS GOD OF THE HILLS AND GOD OF THE VALLEYS!

• He is with us when we are victorious and when we are in the valleys!
• He is with us in seasons of rest and He is with us in seasons of trials!
• He is with us when we are happy and He is with us when we are down!
• He is with us when we are zealous for Him and He is with us when we are defeated!
• HE HAS PROMISED US THAT HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US NOR FORSAKE US! NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE GOOD OR BAD, UP OR DOWN, ON THE HILL AS WELL AS THE VALLEY HE PROMISES TO BE WITH US ALWAYS!

God was going to show the Syrians as well as the Israelites that He and He alone is the God of the Hills as well as the God of the Valleys!
