God's sword unsheathed against Jesus

In Zechariah 13:7, we find that the time would come when the Lord of Hosts would awaken His Sword of Justice against the Shepherd of God's people. This Shepherd is called God's fellow - and is revealed to be the Son of God who took on human flesh to be a man that the atonement for God's people could be efficacious and vicarious. We are called to give glory to God for our salvation in which God struck at God to save His sheep who had all gone astray, so that He could gather them up. Preached Sabbath PM on 01/24/21.

The Great Shepherd…
I. Is the companion of the LORD of Hosts.
II. Is the man struck down by the LORD of Hosts.
III. Is the tender gatherer of His sheep.
