God's Longsuffering Depicted

Can you know who are goats and who are the LORD's sheep? How is David, as the protector of these men with him, a picture of Christ? Why did David regret cutting off part of Saul's robe because Saul was the 'anointed of the LORD'? Why does God prosper anyone or any nation? Does it matter if a person lives a good life according to man's determination? Does God endure with the vessels of wrath according to His own justice?
