1 - Peter’s meeting with Cornelius was preceded by a vision that God gave to him (3-8)

2 - God gave Peter a repetitive vision to prepare him for his meeting with Cornelius (9-16)

3 - The Spirit immediately gave Peter opportunity to respond to the new revelation that he'd just received (17-23)
