During the first segment of the program today, I will speak with Jamie Dean from WORLD Magazine. The President's State of the Union address was peppered with references to "fairness". During this segment we will contrast fairness with Free Enterprise.

During the second segment, my guest will be Dr. James Carafano - one of the nation's leading experts in defense and homeland security, directs the Douglas and Sarah Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies at the Heritage Institute.

I want to ask Dr. Carafano about US Military Readiness in light of proposed budget cuts. I also want to speak with him about the importance of the US Miltary Bases stationed around the world.
