Your Time Has Come

Sermon Point: Your time has come; God destroyed the old Temple to make you, and others like you, His new Temple.

Outline:

1. As Gentiles by nature, you were strangers to God's covenants (verses 11-12).
2. But now you are God's Household and God's Temple (Verses 19-21).
3. This occurred because you were brought near by Christ and the preaching of Christ (Verses 13 and 16-17).
4. Christ's objective is to establish the one way to the Father (Verses 17-18).
5. Christ's objective is also to bring peace between Jews and Gentiles (Verses 14a and 15b).
6. He does all this by destroying the Old Temple and Making you the New Temple (14b, 15a, and 22).
