Rest In the Lord

When reflecting on the verses prior to verse 7 in Psalm 37, it almost seems natural to move into the command to "rest in the Lord". But understanding how this is related to the other six verses is key to the next part of "waiting patiently" for Him. Harkening back to verse one, resting is more than laying down to sleep, but rather making good on your commitment and executing the trust you have in the Lord to follow His leading.
