The Saints Standing in God's Armor

Last words are important words and Paul leaves his readers with a strategy for spiritual warfare. The apostle's tone is forceful...urgent. He calls us to "be strong," "put on," "take up," and to "stand firm." He identifies our enemy: the Devil. He opens our arsenal: the armor of God. Now we catalog that armor as we continue to review Paul's strategy for spiritual conflict: uniform, breastplate, boots, shield, helmet, and sword.
