Some people and Pastors react and don’t wait on the Lord and it causes damage to people and the ministry. 1. Are instruction to be patient? Be slow to react to something. One dictionary describes patient as having a very long fuse, or a long time to change course. Some ministries are so quick to make changes instead of waiting on the Lord for guidance.
