Undeserved Blessing

Even when Jacob was not trusting God, God was revealing Himself to Jacob and blessing him. We should not emulate the Godless culture that we see around us. Even though Jacob deceived Isaac, Isaac still blessed him, and sent him out to find a wife who worshipped the One true God. If we know the gospel, we have a treasure beyond measure. We must share the gospel especially our offspring. Passing on the truth of God's word, the Gospel, is our responsibility as children of God. It is important to obey our parents or the government unless what they say goes against God. It is a good thing to be walking in obedience. God can bless us anytime He wants to, however we are much more likely to experience blessings if we walk in obedience. God does not live in one place only, He will meet us wherever we are. God does not have to do anything to be God, He is God. We are not to try to make deals with God.
