The Second 40 Years

As we read this passage, let us do so with a heart of compassion and consideration. Remembering what Moses had given up to be numbered among the Hebrew people, and to his dismay, they reject him as their deliverer. And now he must sacrifice even more, and leave his own family and people behind, less Pharaoh destroy them all for Moses sake.
