The two parables of Luke 16 and their application are very clear; God uses our finances as a test. The Rich man and Lazarus illustrates that those who ignore the need of others have already recieved all the comforts they can expect. But the end of the parable reveals a startling fact about how we find our motivation to use our finances properly.
